Open to 2nd and 3rd year students who have a strong liberal arts background and are committed to public service. Provides $5000, a conference in DC, grad school and job mentoring, and other opportunities. Students do not need to be members of Phi Beta Kappa. Deadline is in early winter; see PBK for details.
